The booking system misrepresented the ticket availability, showing available seats one moment, and then suddenly changes to a waiting list once payment is made. What was initially shown as the first position on the waiting list escalated to the 12th unexpectedly after completing payment procedures. 

This incidence isn't an isolated event but a recurring issue that many users across India have encountered. We, the ticket buyers, are misled by the incorrect display of ticket availability, obstructing our ability to plan travels effectively.

Flawed online booking systems not only breach consumer trust, but also create practical challenges for individuals, families, and businesses alike. We urge the Indian Railways to investigate these issues and implement a more accurate and reliable online ticket booking system.
