Just four days from a potential settlement to resolve my whistleblower retaliation and discrimination complaints  against the FBI, I’m still experiencing surveillance and clandestine targeting. I’m on my best behavior, so I can’t go into details. Fingers crossed the DOJ/FBI show some compassion with a fair settlement offer, for the first time after I’ve endured three years of an Orwellian nightmare since becoming an official whistleblower on 01/07/2022 alleging selective intelligence suppression and discriminatory practices for politically bias reasons.

The retaliation I have now endured for 3 years was designed to exploit my ADHD disability and isolate me from my colleagues, friends and family, which destroyed me. This lead to me having no other option than to go directly to the House and the Senate to explain to them what is really going on from inside the Bureau regarding political bias and weaponization of the DOJ for political purposes.  

I wish I could have remained anonymous, until the leaks came from insiders for political reasons, which forced me to go public to reduce the probability of political spin regarding my truthful and verified reporting. I was horrified at how my honest and verified reporting was being used for political attacks. That was never the intent of the original intelligence reporting I did.

The indictment of Alexander Smirnov for providing false information to the FBI regarding alleged bribes paid to the Biden’s vindicated me concerning my claim my true reporting was being suppressed by my same chain of command who elevated the fake Smirnov reporting, which was later used to predicate an impeachment inquiry. Smirnov was a Russian Intelligence Asset on their payroll, just like my reporting demonstrated and later verified that Giuliani was no different than Smirnov, although the gates of hell opened up to protect him, until it became so ridiculous and irrefutable that what I was reporting in mid 2020 was all true and FBI management sat idle and watched him undermine our democracy.

While allegations of collusion are hard to prove and generally not helpful, Foreign influence is NOT a hoax; the complexity of how it all gets executed is just different from what most people have been led to believe in the open media. When I told FBI Internal affairs and Congress about what the REAL smoking gun was, which I discovered in 2018-2020, nobody since then has attempted to claim any of my allegations were false, and they have all turned out to be true over the past few years. For that, I was rewarded with losing my career, being suspended from duty without pay from a job I loved and was good at, being put under electronic and physical surveillance indefinitely, enduring psychological warfare involving group shunning, harassment and scapegoated and having to worry about being captured, yet again, having my personal property taken again and possibly being put in prison based on poison pen trumped up allegations, where I’d likely be swiftly shanked.

That’s been my life, a big thank you for trying to protect the integrity of the DOJ and protect The People by simply telling tue truth about my own original CHS-derived unclassified reporting to Congress. fingers crossed they make me a fair offer for a global settlement, so we can all begin the healing process, I can afford to feed myself and family and move on, with the hope of reform to ensure other agents don’t go through what I’ve gone through if they say something about a corrupted manager or group of managers abusing their power.  I’ll honor all of my agreements and keep my mouth shut, which I’m sure will be a component of any agreement. All information has already become open source in the years following my confidential disclosures involving political bias within the Bureau.

There’s nothing left to cover up, except their retaliation against me, which continues, more than a year after they suspended my security clearance, while I remain un resigned and not terminated, presumably because it wouldn’t look good to terminate the only legitimate whistleblower related to the Hunter / Giuliani fiasco and mishandling of my original intelligence reporting.  Fingers crossed.
