WE NEED MORE SIGNATURES in order for City Leaders to listen! 

In a city of almost 1 million people let's get more signatures, at least 10K!

Please continue to share the petition to local animal welfare groups, animal rescues, pet food stores, pet groomers, veterinary clinics, friends, family, colleagues, churches, social groups, and neighborhood groups to help us get more signatures. 

Austin needs animal shelter change NOW and we need a new shelter leader to get it done! We simply cannot function with a closed shelter expecting everyone else to pick up the tab!

There have been so many great ideas to help the Austin Animal Center sent in by community members directly to AAC and City Leaders and they still do nothing!

Our tax dollars are currently being wasted on a shelter that's quickly sliding backward and creating problems for our area lost and homeless pets and increasing stress on our area's animals and community members that care.

Let's show City Leaders that the Community WANTS SHELTER REFORM!
