Moreover, a report by National Low Income Housing Coalition (2020) indicates that Georgia ranks among the top ten states where affordable housing is least available.

By reforming these ordinances, Polk County can provide more diverse and affordable housing options for its residents. Tiny homes, RVs, and campers offer an economical alternative to traditional houses or apartments without compromising on comfort or safety.
