This is my outline for the short term idealistic work force percentages of the United Kingdom. In my vision of a future Britain, the creation of State Officials will not only monitor work performance and work times but also be in charge of the distribution of jobs for all citizens. In the ideology I invented, the whole country will be nationalised, no private businesses. State Officials will offer people a selection of jobs suited to their interests, qualifications and intellectual abilities. Nobody will be left out of the job sector because of greedy biased leftist or foreign faceless companies. Here is the outline:

 

40% Industry: The resurrection of Britain’s industrial war machine is not only crucial for military domination but also the abundance of commodities and my plans for Colosseum-style stadiums in all villages, towns and cities, these newly constructed massive buildings will serve as the place for entertainment festivals held every single day of the week. Also a high industrial output in the short term will be crucial for the development of vertical farms to replace the old farms and free up land space and living area.

 

31.06% entertainment workers: Some of these will simply be game or book shop employees others theme park workers or early festival employees. A country with a good backbone for entertainment is crucial for culture, happiness and meaning.

 

5% Armed Forces, 0.1% SAS, 0.1% MI5: Currently the armed forces of the UK is less than 0.5% of the population, to truly dominate the world again we need a strong military and a much bigger military budget with many times more personnel.

 

1% Police, 0.2% community police: 0.2% community police would mean 6 local people enforcing the law in a village of 3,000. A police force of 600,000 is more than enough, but police presence should be buffed up in big cities by percentage, at least in the short term.

 

1% Scientists: Currently there are only 7,519 people within the UK’s Research and Innovation workforce. That bulked up to 600,000 will deliver a new industrial revolution properly and drastically increase the technology pace. Harmful technologies like further AI research and nuclear weapons shouldn’t be researched but other military technology should be one of the top priorities.

 

2% Agriculture, 1% fishing: Crucial for food self-sufficiency, no more relying on food imports and that will make food nationalism rise.

 

6% Convenience store/supermarket workers: In the short term, though in the long term half of them will probably be replaced by AI

 

0.16% Council Waste Groups

 

0.08% Produce Distributers

 

1% Gas Electric and Water

 

0.46% Transport

 

3.36% Restaurant/Pub workers

 

6% healthcare workers (including school teachers): There are currently only 1.5 million NHS workers which is only 2.5%. I’m definitely for a much stronger NHS.

 

0.5% high-ranking politicians, professional athletes and celebrities

 

1% State Officials
