It is clear that work-life balance in India is a non-existent concept. We, the working middle class, are treated as nothing more than modern-day slaves, trapped in a system that prioritizes profit over people. The Indian government has consistently demonstrated its indifference to our struggles and has shown no interest in addressing our concerns regarding work-life balance.

Our suggestions and pleas have fallen on deaf ears within the Indian government. It is evident that the voices of those who truly matter – the hardworking middle class – are not heard or valued by the Indian government.

Therefore, I am giving up this fight. It is a battle we cannot win against an Indian government that does not care.

To those who have the means, I strongly advise you to seek opportunities in countries that prioritize the well-being of their citizens and offer better work-life balance laws, as the Indian government shows no sign of change.

This is not a defeat, but a recognition of a reality that will not change under the current circumstances with the Indian government's current approach.
