We are writing to express our deep concern regarding the recent statements made by the Chairman of huge conglomerate, in a recorded video. He stated, "How long can you stare at your wife? How long can the wives stare at their husbands? Come on, get to the office and start working." He made these remarks while advocating for a 90-hour work week for employees, emphasizing that it is necessary to surpass the US, where the average work week is around 50 hours.

These remarks are deeply troubling and completely disregard the importance of employee well-being and the detrimental impact of excessive work hours on physical and mental health. They also exhibit a blatant disregard for gender equality and family values.

The Chairman's statements are unacceptable and must be strongly condemned. They promote a culture of overwork and exploitation, which is not only unethical but also unsustainable.
