1) The department heads have undertaken a project and given a foolish deadline to the client. This ends up in you being late daily without any extra income. 2) Your daily targets are so much that by the time you finish it will be more than your official working hours. 3) Your seniors and old members have made a mindset that staying late is the only way to get a promotion. 4) Everyone in your organisation, including you, is too scared to pick up their bag and leave. 5) You feel that a few of them stay late even though there is no work. This is mostly common among bachelors. 6) Some person is trying over the top to impress her/his boss, resulting in others looking in bad light. And so on. These are just some of reasons why people like you and me have to stay late. This is the problem we are fighting against. Let's stop this mindset. We are going to make the government listen to our voices !!!!
