Employees of private banks like AXIS, ICICI and many more have, especially in their corporate offices, have given statements that they work minimum 12 HOURS daily even before demonetisation. Many of these statements can be found on glassdoor.co.in. This in addition to traveling 2 hours daily has left them extremely stressed. As per recent studies their it is easy to state that their hearts are at extreme risk. This is similar case in most private companies.
