Given up Waiting

My last update on 13th June advised I had written to the Ministry of Justice asking when they are going to publish the results of the public consultation that was held Dec 16 to Feb 17, I think a week is long enough for them to at least respond saying they have my mail and will get back to me, so today I have gone to Baroness Newlove who is the victims commissioner to see if she will chase it it for us all. I got an immediate response advising they have my mail and will be in touch in due course. So hopefully things might start moving forward. I refuse to give up on these issues, firstly no-one should get in a car and drive after a drink, then if caught the sentencing needs to fit the crime. If you took part in the public consultation I ask if you would kindly write to your MP and the Ministry of Justice asking when the results will be published for their public consultation, reference driving-offences-causing-death-or-serious-injury I thank you all for your continued support.
