Reduce speed limit on sharp turns on Clarks Corner Rd

The Issue

We either need to get a sign that says there are sharp turns there or reduce the speed limit on Clarks Corner Rd. The reason we need to do this is on March 22, 2024 around 3pm a woman was driving around the sharp curves probably not paying attention was slowly going into the ditch at a fast speed and then realized and turned her car. She turned too soon because she lost control of her car, then her car flipped upside down, she got partially ejected and died. She was a middle aged woman. On those turns, people go very fast and you can look and no one is coming and then you turn out of either Austin Ct or Willow Branch Rd and then a person is right behind you on your tail. Also it is not safe for a residential neighborhood right close to those turns with how some people drive. Like some residents like kids ride their bikes up near the beginning of the street and even family's or adults or just people walk up there and that could be a risk of them losing their life if someone is driving over the speed limit. As of now, the speed limit on Clarks Corner Rd is 40MPH. So there could be three things we could do to put this speeding on this road and especially on sharp turns. 1. Lower the speed limit to 35MPH. 2. Put a sign somewhere saying sharp turns ahead or residential streets ahead. 3. Put a speed bump to measure speed to see if going over the speed limit. These all are good ways to get people to stop speeding on this road but if it was up to me then I would chose the speed bump because even if we got a sign or lowered the speed limit, then people might not follow the speed limit or listen to the sign. More than likely they would go the speed limit if there is a speed bump with a photo enforced ticket. Please help me get to at least 100 signatures to get this petition noticed by May 22.
