Charges update

New charges council have now brought a  2hr charge £3 and 5hr charge at some car parks not all £5. They have reduced the nighttime parking to £2:00. LCC state they have listened to business. Clearly they have not the charges have only reduced at nighttime so we are all still paying extortionate prices for parking. The fight goes on.
