David Quillin is a 77-year-old lobster fisherman from Port Erin, Isle of Man and was fined £10,000 earlier this year for a total of 17 lobsters out of a catch of 185 which were found to be millimeters under the minimum size.

David has been a fisherman for 45 years and had up until now an unblemished record. We feel the penalty is totally unjust.
