Individuals with learning disabilities, often accumulate large sums of money from benefits. These are tax payers money to be inherited often by estranged or unknown family members. This practice of inheritance disregards the original intent of the funds - to provide care and services for those in need. It can be substantial ammount of money. These money should return to the care system, supporting those who require assistance, instead of being inherited by family which doesn't even  contribut to care of the individual while Goverment does budget cuts that harm vulnerable individuals.
