1) £1000 pounds reports expected in 2 weeks from today.
Oct 2019 report and Jan report was studied by prof Peckham. They will try and prove that this is not correct. I think Andy has already circulated the reports.
We all agreed that a full report is not needed as the full report produced by Prof Peckham may not be read by council.
2)  Can Prof Peckham attend the planning meeting

Andy is going to try and contact a lawyer. Prof Peckham is expecting us to read the Oct 2019 reports
Will the £1000 report be enough to draw everyone’s attention or challenge the planning committee?
It feels like this report should be enough.

4) Cummulative air report :
National planning commission mentions that the air quality report should include the current development as a part of the air quality report.
Action on writing to Sam Terry on the cumulative report has been completed by Peter. A very lengthy letter has bene written

E – Still got some leaflets to go out need to discuss a time and date to get out.
F – Schools – The council has written to local schools with exception of Barley Lane. I will be leafleting them in September (I expect with a mask and gloves) to get governing body support for the Cumulative report promised by Jas, but does not seem to be going anywhere.
