Cllr Athwal's office is refusing to allow the question below at cabinet this Thursday. I have appealed to Cllr Athwal to allow the question as it a fair one. 

"Why did this Council commission a substitute bent January 2020 air quality report (which had 12 pages deleted from an earlier October 2019 report including an admission that the development would cause an increase in toxic NO2), to rig the planning committee decision in favour of Tescos?"
