How to build the Crowfunding for a air quality report to challenge the Tesco air report will be one of the issues to discuss. Professor Peckham's work was influential at the Gladman court of appeal case, where a developer lost on air quality grounds making him suitable to write a report for us.

In December 2018, Norwich Council give permission for a large development with similarities to the Tesco development. The application was then subject to a public enquiry with the decision due later this month.

Professor Peckham was commissioned to write a report on air quality for residents to submit to the enquired in November 2019. The enquiry decision is due next month, this decision could be influential to our campaign.
