[Redacted]. The who got into a physical fight with Viviana after spoke a threat on Viviana’s life. Almost all students at Jesse Vela Middle School has been bullied or harassed verbally by [Redacted]. If nobody speaks out about their experiences with will continue to keep bringing students down with words. It may even get worse if gets away in court against Viviana because think words don’t have consequences. We need to hold accountable and show people who really is.

[Redacted] is attempting to have Viviana sent to juvenile detention due to the altercation they had on March 27, 2024. Viviana has been dealing with significant backlash as a result of rumors spread by [Redacted]. When Viviana finally confronted [Redacted] after a year of verbal harassment, [Redacted] made a threatening remark that prompted Viviana to react. Following this, the two were involved in a physical altercation which was stopped shortly after a teacher intervened. Viviana cooperated with all the school staff encountered. Despite this, Viviana faced severe punishment at school and was not permitted to participate in any events or activities, unlike [Redacted]. This situation seems unjust, considering [Redacted] initiated the conflict. However, Viviana chose not to escalate the situation further and complied without issue. The situation took a turn when [Redacted] father began pushing for Viviana to be sent to juvenile detention.It is evident that Vivian should not have to endure such injustice, and it is [Redacted] who deserves to face the consequences for relentless bullying.
