Time is running out!

130 Ontario, future home of the Recovery Community and Outreach Center is going to be available soon. Second Chance Opportunities, Inc. is working diligently to complete the Albany Land Bank application. This petition will be submitted with the application to help show the Albany Land Bank how badly our community wants/needs a Recovery Community and Outreach Center.
