Dear Leaders of Nations,

We, citizens of Russia and other countries around the world, appeal to you with an urgent request to assist in restoring constitutional order and the rule of law in our country. The recent so-called "presidential elections" in Russia were conducted with numerous violations of the Russian Constitution and cannot be considered legitimate.

In accordance with the Constitution, every citizen has the right to run for president, with the exception of four specific cases related to age, criminal record, term limits, and incapacity. However, opposition candidates were denied registration under contrived pretexts, which directly contradicts the Fundamental Law.

As a result, the procedure that took place cannot be considered genuine elections, and its results are completely falsified, with abundant evidence. Power in the country is held by force by a gang of usurpers led by V.V. Putin, who is not the legitimate president of Russia. The current authorities in Russia do not represent the interests of the Russian people. Designating Putin as the President of the Russian Federation is an insult to the citizens of this country. We did not elect this international criminal, serial killer and kidnapper of children as our representative. We urge you not to be swayed by the deranged dictator holding the entire Russian people hostage. He is not the president, but an impostor on the international wanted list. He does not have diplomatic immunity, nor does the entire vertical of his accomplices posing as ministers, deputies and ambassadors of the Russian Federation.

We strongly urge you not to recognize Putin's regime and to provide comprehensive assistance and support to Ukraine, whose armed forces are now the only real force capable of confronting the Kremlin clique threatening the security of the entire world.

Thus, we, the undersigned, request:

1. To officially recognize V.V. Putin as an international terrorist who, as part of an armed group, is holding the Russian people hostage and committing daily terrorist acts on the territory of Ukraine.
2. To declare an international wanted list for the entire vertical of Putin's accomplices who pose as the current government of the Russian Federation.
3. To facilitate the arrest of impostors calling themselves representatives of the Russian Federation at the UN.
4. To provide Ukraine with long-range offensive weapons for the speedy liberation of our country from impostors and the restoration of democracy and the rule of law.
Only then can the reign of terror and lawlessness in Russia and beyond be ended.
