Kadın sünneti, klitorisin kesilmesi ve büyük dudakların dikilmesi ile yapılan genital sakatlama, kadına yönelik toplumsal cinsiyete dayalı bir şiddet türüdür ve yüzyıllardır engellenmeye çalışılmaktadır.

Bu  uygulama kadını ezmenin sayısız yolundan biridir ve aynı zamanda bir beden ve insan hakkı ihlâlidir. Bu durum herhangi bir kültür ve/veya din çatısı altında açıklanamaz. Zira  sonucu ‘vahşet’ olan bir kültüre izin verilmemelidir.

IŞİD ‘ in kadın sünneti hakkında verdiği fetva -Birleşmiş Milletler'in kaç kadının sünnet edileceğinin tespit etmesi haricinde- dünya kamuoyunda yok sayıldı. Hiçbir devlet bu konuyla ilgili müdahelede bulunmadı. Medya, IŞİD'in bu fetvasını basit bir habermiş gibi gösterip bu konuyla ilgili duyarlılık ve farkındalık yaratmaya çalışmadı. Ayrıca kadın sünneti ile ilgili çalışmalar yürüten sivil toplum örgütleri, uluslararası kuruluşlar da bu konuda sessiz kaldılar.

Kadın sünneti tamamen ortadan kaldırılmaya ve nasıl bir hak ihlâli, insanlık suçu olduğu vurgulanmaya çalışırken; Irak ile birlikte bu ihlâllere bir yenisi daha eklenmeye çalışılıyor. Kadın sünneti de dahil IŞİD’in bütün yaptıkları bir insanlık suçudur. Acilen müdahale ve önlem gerekmektedir.

Uluslararası kuruluşları, sivil toplum örgütlerini ve başta Türkiye Cumhuriyeti devleti olmak üzere tüm dünya devletlerini harekete geçmeye, müdaheleye ve bu insan hakkı ihlâli karşısında tepki göstermeye çağırıyoruz.

Die weibliche Genitalverstümmelung, in der die Klitoris geschnitten wird und die Schamlippen einfach genäht werden, ist eine Verstümmelung und auch sie ist ein Typ von dem Verstoß, der auf das Gender einer Gesellschaft basiert, gegen die Frauen. Diese Regelung ist seit Jahrhunderten versucht worden zuverboten.

Diese Übung ist ein der unzählbar Wege au der Welt, um Frauen zu bedrücken. Sie ist zugleich eine Verletzung von dem Körper und der Menschlichkeit. Die Situation kann nicht unter der Annahme einer religiösen oder kulturellen Ansicht erklärt werden. Also, man sollte nicht eine Kultur mit eine Endung von der Brutalität wie das gelassen werden.

Das Fatwa von ISID über weibliche Genitalverstümmelung wird in der Öffentlichkeit von dem Welt ignoriert, außer die Kalkulation des Vereinigte Nationens über die Frauen, die das Subjekt der Verstümmelung sind. Es gibt kein Kampf von keinen Ländern auf diesem Subjekt. Das Medium hat das Fatwa wie eine einfach Nahricht angezeigt und es hat nicht versucht, um eine Empfindlichkeit oder eine Kenntnis über die Verstümmelung zu bilden; außerdem haben die Nicht-Regierungsorganisationen und die internationalen Organisationen, die manche Betätigungen auf der Verstümmelung machen, ihre Ruhe gehalten.Während die weibliche Genitalverstümmelung ganz versucht aufzustecken wird und es wird versucht zubetonen, dass die Verstümmelung eine Schuld von der Menschlichkeit ist, probiert man im Irak eine neue zu diesen Schulden zu addieren. Alle Aktionen, diese Verstümmelungen auch, von ISID sind eine Schuld für die Menschlichkeit. Die Intervention muss sofort reguliert werden.

Wir rufen erstlich der Republik Türkei, die internationalen Organisationen, die Nicht- Regierungsorganisationen und alle Ländern gegen diese Schuld einzugreifen und zureagieren.

Mobilize against the ISIS’s Female Circumsion ( Female Genital Mutilation) Fatwa

Female circumsion, genital mutilation which is made by cutting clitoris and stitching the major labiums of vagina, is a kind of violence to women based on gender mainstreaming and has been being tried to stop for centuries.

This implementation is the one of countless ways of running down women and therewithal it is violation of human rights and immunity of body. This fact can’t be explained and standed for with the culture or religion. Because it mustn’t be allowed the culture causes the ‘savagery’.

Fatwa which ISIS gives about female circumcision (female genital mutilation), except that United Nations (UN) detects how many women are going to be mutilated genitally, wasn’t taken any notice in world public opinion. None of the states hasn’t intervened relevant to this issue.  Media expressed the fatwa as a simple news and didn’t tried to create awareness and to make people get sensitive to this issue. Besides, the non-govermental organizations which perform a study about female genital mutilation and international agencies stayed silent about the issue.

While female circumcision (female genital mutilation) is being tried to annihilate and to emphasize what kind of violation of human rights and crime against humanity it is, it is being tried to increase with the situation in Iraq. Including female circumsion (female genital mutilation)  all of ISIS has done and is doing are crimes against humanity. Immediately,  protection and intervention must be provided.

We urge international agencies, non-govermental organisations and notebly Republic of Turkey, all of world states to go into action, to respond to the incident and to react the crime against humanity.
