Blake Jenner has been cast in the upcoming Richard Linklater movie musical Merrily We Roll Along. Recently it was revealed that he physically abused his ex wife Melissa Benoist in a viral video she uploaded. She does not mention her abuser’s name, but the timeline of the relationship perfectly matches up to her injuries and her description of him. There is plenty of other evidence to support that it was indeed him. Ever since her video was posted he has been silent on all social media, and was even seen deleting comments. In 2015 he broke her nose and tore her the iris in her eye. You can see photos of Melissa before 2015, and there is no torn iris yet. He should not be allowed the success of a movie with the longevity of filming for over 20 years. I am actively pushing that they recast him with a decent human being. There would still be plenty of time to get the footage they need and continue with the ongoing 20 year production schedule. So far the Director and his cast mates have been silent on the matter, and I am hoping in doing this that it will not be swept under the rug, and will be addressed properly.
