Malvern Hills Pool supporters,

The new design unveiled by Asheville Parks and Recreation yesterday does not meet the aquatic needs of our community and city. 

There is no shallow end for babies/toddlers and no meaningful deep end for teens/adults. The pool footprint is 30% smaller.

APR has allocated $4.75 million dollars to this project, which is great news! Let's advocate for them to work with the community to come up with a better design that more accurately reflects the historic pool and meets the needs of the residents of Asheville.

Please consider signing this petition. Email City Council and Parks and Rec leadership. We need to act now, before City Council votes to finalize the design.
