We've received well over 1,000 signatures for our petition to have our Coral Springs skatepark rebuilt! It's an impressive milestone and I am so grateful to see the amount of support this movement has gained. I'm sure some of you may be wondering when exactly will the park be rebuilt or where we're at in the process & the truth is I too have the same questions!

So I wanted to come up with a plan that puts the power in your hands.. A plan that gets us several steps closer to victory.

One of my mentors once told me, "you have to be a pleasant pain in the A" in order to achieve a successful conversion of a client & by that he meant, you have to follow up consistently & in a pleasant way that the prospective client will respect & I believe that same principle can apply here..

So I put the power into your hands now in hopes that we can continue to press onward. I strongly encourage you to email those in power to get this project approved. The director of parks and recreation is at the forefront of this & I will list his email (Rob Hunter) & his assistant (Cristiane Barbosa) email's below and I invite you to help by sending them a courteous email requesting an update on this project.

Remember to be courteous & let's put some pressure on them to get this thing approved for 2027. The deadline for projects to be implemented into the budget for 2027 is around March 1st, 2026 so we only have a few months left to get our foot in the door for 2027.
