Corridor 13 from Wilton to Bennington and all points North was recently shut down to snowmobile use after being a major trail for decades. 

Why? The current rail company changed insurance agencies and the insurance company decided they will not allow snowmobile use in the winter. 
They claimed that NH zero liability laws did not cover railroads specifically. 

What has been done? The Wilton Lyndeboro Winter Wanderers Snowmobile Club worked with local State Representatives in Concord to specifically have railroads added to the zero liability law wording. When that amendment evidence was brought to the railroad company's insurance agency, they still declined to change their stance. 

This petition is to show State Officials that they need to step in and find a way to make this happen. The closure has created a blockage for five major southern clubs. There is no way North at this time. 
NH BOT and NHSA will take notice if more people sign this petition.
