THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! Because of you – over 1,200+ strong (and growing fast toward 1,500!) – the City of San Jose has finally acted!

Today (December 19, 2025), San José Spotlight reported: "San Jose cracks down on Vietnam Town mismanagement". The city has ordered the HOA to immediately remove barricades and dumpsters blocking the main parking garage (by end of today!) and fully address violations with repairs by September 22, 2026.

We still need for support to demand

1/ city of San Jose Launch an SJPD/DOT investigation into Morris & Son Towing: Audit logs, HOA contracts, and VEH §22953 compliance; impose fines, revoke permits, and order restitution for victims.
2/ Compensation will be provided to car owners whose vehicles were towed unnecessarily.
