With your support, the Umstead Coalition recently contracted with a national blasting expert to analyze blasting impacts.  Wake Stone plans propose mining operations within 25' of Umstead State Park, and blasting 65' from the Park boundary and only 175' from the Dunn home.  You can read more details and the analysis here.
