The recent indiscretions of MSAD6 Superintendent Sherburne regarding the hiring of his son in the midst of an investigation for sexual assault against a minor requires an action. Families and taxpayers in the community believe that it is time for the board to take action and not renew Mr. Sherburne's contract. The trust in his leadership is once again being called into question and too much of our tax money, and your time as board members is being spent on matters such as this rather than on the business of providing a quality education for our children. It's time to find a new leader for our schools.
