Tomorrow, Tuesday, August 24, 2021, Layan once again will be transported to a zionist military court.  The charge against her is that she is "an active student" which means, like students all over the world, she belongs to a non-violent student organization.  In israel, that is seen as a threat to an oppressive, occupation government, operating in violation of Human Rights and against International Law.  In an attempt to intimidate young Palestinians they routinely arrest and torture them hoping to break them so they will, God forbid, cooperate with the aggressors.

Layan was seized from her family's home on the morning of July 7, 2021, and has been kept in prison ever since.  She was transferred to the al-damon prison, known for it's particularly abusive treatment of Palestinian women and children...quite a distinction given that all the prisons are infamous for this.. The internet is filled with reports of the horrors associated with that particular prison including reports of children being stripped and isolated there.

THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE NIGHTMARE, LAYAN'S FAMILY WAS ONLY PERMITTED TO SPEAK WITH HER FOR ONE MINUTE!!!!! AND ONLY ONE FAMILY MEMBER WAS ALLOWED TO ATTEND A COURT APPEARANCE!!!!
