Still no rink in town, but we do have an opportunity to show the city that we want a rink! I know that the lines can be crazy, but the more people who show their support and desire to see a permanent rink built, the more likely we can make it happen! Make sure that you sign the petition and leave a comment below explaining why you want a team and rink back here! Over 200 have signed already, but it is going to take a lot more people to convince the city to make it happen!
This November 29th - December 1st, make sure to come out and enjoy the rink at the Fulton Mini-Park downtown! Look into their FastPass ticketing. It is a great opportunity to maximize your ice time! And the price is awesome! Make sure to check out the website below for more information!
If any of the old guys who played hockey back in the day are still around, I'd love to see a charity pick-up game next year! We could donate money to any number of charities! Those with connections to the Recreation Department at the city plant some bugs in their ears for next year...or shoot if we could get it together, THIS YEAR!
