Since making this petition,  the social worker that falsely took my kids, is no longer a social worker. Her name is amanda matney and her name was in this petition but it disappeared.  I did not remove her name myself.  It wasn't long until she changed jobs and I find that very odd. The judge is the only female judge in family court. She watched dss workers lie under oath and did nothing. She had proof they was lying and still took their side. She never sides with parents regardless of the proof in front of her that said parents haven't done what they're being accused of. A foster care social worker was subpoenaed on my case but went on vacation knowingly and was supposed to have had a warrant for not coming to court, nothing happened. She didn't go to jail, she didnt get a warrant and sent someone else in her place to come to court which is not how the law works. The judge said she had to issue a warrant for her not coming but didn't.  So if that doesn't tell you how dirty this judge is and how heavily these people are in cahoots together. I don't know what will. I wasn't the only witness to this, there was a courtroom full of people that can back me up. Had that been me, I would have had cops on Me from the second she realized I wasn't there.  Those people get special treatment and always will under her.
