I am an ordinary citizen of Australia; I am a small business owner and a father of two - I am passionate about my country and committed to making it a better place. Like many of you, I’ve experienced the everyday struggles of the Australian life. It is this deep connection to our homeland that has led me to campaign for a position in the Australian senate.

We're living in a moment where our voices in government matter more than ever. It is here where I hope to make the conscious, momentous decision to represent each of us, to prioritise our collective interests over political affiliations. 

According to a study conducted by the Museum of Australian Democracy and the University of Canberra, only 42% of Australians trust our political institutions (MoAD, 2020). This is a stark reminder that we need change in our political landscape; we need representatives who are of the people, by the people, and for the people.

By supporting my independent candidacy in the upcoming Australian Senate election, you are supporting the voice of the everyday Australian. You are supporting change and a renewed faith in our representatives. You are supporting a better Australia. Please, sign this petition and join our fight. My broad policy outline:

• Bring efficiency to government spending and eliminate projects that are wasteful to the economy
• Reduce or eliminate foreign ownership of Australian real estate
• Introduce Freehold Mineral tax so that Australian citizens have a say and benefit from the mineral resources of the country
• Take back ownership of critical infrastructure including water, power, telecommunications, and other items of national importance
• Stop unchecked mass immmigration and secure our borders
• Introduce tax havens for STEM fields  and manufacturing to bolster investment in Australian companies and bring manufacturing back to the local economies
• Celebrate and invest in Australian citizen families to enable local population growth
• Reduce red tape and government intervention to allow small businesses to grow including the reduction of PAYG and business taxes for eligble sectors
• Enshrine freedom of speech in the Australian constitution and other basic rights
• Rethink personal arms for individual protection i.e. spray and tasers
• Secure our sovereignity against other countries or international organisations which seek to destabilise or those that do not align with our nation's values
• Invest in and promote Australia's agriculture sector, securing our food banks for the future.
• Invest in and secure manufacturing in Australia to secure our local capabilities for the future in the fields of engineering and high-end manufacture
• Invest and promote Australian defence for the future by focussing on our expertise and precise capabilities
• Promote bodily autonomy and the removal of the state from personal medical decisions including investigating the transparency of the health sector initiatives
• Invest in and promote energy stable industries such as nuclear power generation
• Invest in and promote the Australian space agency to encourage growth and commercialisation in this new sector

I am throwing my hat in the ring. I need 100 signatures to be able to qualify for a position on the ballot in the upcoming federal election. 

After that I will need 1500 votes to secure a spot. I want to be open and transparent about the process so that anyone can get involved as well.

I am not perfect, no one is. This is not a vote for a cult of personality, this is a vote for change. I am an everyday Australian citizen, you are too.

I encourage anyone that can do it, to run for government so that you too can make a difference to your local lives. It only takes a few votes for any one of us to make a change.
