Asset Valuation Concerns
There are instances where returned or used assets appear to have been valued significantly below expected market levels. This can lead to substantial balances being pursued. The basis and methodology of such valuations are, in some cases, disputed.

Recovery and Conduct Concerns
Some individuals report experiencing considerable pressure during recovery processes, including contact through personal or professional channels. The nature and extent of such conduct is a matter of concern and, where applicable, is disputed.

Contact with Personal Networks
There are reports that, in certain instances, contact may have extended to individuals’ friends, family, or professional contacts. Such actions, if established, can have a significant emotional and reputational impact. The nature and appropriateness of such conduct is disputed and requires proper review.

It is important that these issues are approached responsibly and transparently. By sharing experiences carefully and accurately, it may be possible to encourage fair treatment and proper review through appropriate channels.

 
Our Story
Our journey began with a small start-up providing laser hair removal services. We operated with a strong focus on compliance and customer service.

Due to a combination of economic factors and external challenges, the business was ultimately unable to continue trading. Following closure, a dispute arose in relation to a financed asset that had been returned.

There are ongoing concerns regarding the valuation applied to the asset and the level of liability subsequently pursued. These matters are currently in dispute.

In addition, the nature, scope, and applicability of certain alleged guarantees are also disputed. In particular, there is a genuine issue as to whether such guarantees relate to the agreement now relied upon, and this remains to be determined.

The situation has had a significant financial and personal impact. As a result, we are seeking resolution through appropriate legal and regulatory processes.
