Normal people every day are subject to Voice To Skull Technology, and are often diagnosed as schizophrenic. Voice To Skull is invasive and currently very hard to prove or detect. The perpetrators seem to want to control, remove, or experiment on the individual. They control by sending thoughts into the individual, while often remotely watching and reading the individuals thoughts.  The perpetrators often remove an individual by attacking them mentally until they are driven to suicide, this can happen by depriving them of sleep and attacking them with thoughts 24/7. Lastly, they experiment with their voice to skull technology on individuals without consent. Other direct issues relate to how Voice To Skull usually sends an individual to a mental/behavior hospital often interfering with daily life. This only begins to touch on how it affects social, personal, and even private aspects of an individuals life.

Many people are affected by this and literally have no where to turn to for help. An individual targeted by voice to skull loses all privacy and has no defense against the perpetrator/perpetrators.

By perfecting this technology the perpetrators could attack on a massive scale on a population, afflicting them with massive mental problems. Attacks on government officials could prove just as detrimental as government secrets/processes can be spied on. It is imperative that the civilian population is protected from this technology and the governments figure out how to identify perpetrators and bring them to justice.
