As a group of students in London, we have embarked on a school project that has led us to an alarming discovery - the state of men's mental health. This issue is personal to us, and we believe it needs immediate attention.

In the UK, men are three times more likely than women to die by suicide (Mental Health Foundation). Furthermore, only 36% of referrals to NHS talking therapies are for men (Men’s Health Forum). These statistics highlight the urgent need for increased awareness and support.

We want our community in London and beyond to understand that mental health issues do not discriminate based on gender. We must break down societal barriers preventing men from seeking help and ensure they receive the necessary support.
