We have created a community survey in order to glean the views of New England community about the proposed rail trail between Armidale and Glen Innes(103kms), the wisdom of closing the northern rail line to construct it, and related aspects including the cost of maintenance to the Council, whether the Council has conducted enough consultations and there are other options to the current plan?
