I was told I could not wear a pronoun pin because it violated the dress code. I am non-binary and know other transgender and non-binary people who work for this company. We deserve to be called by the right pronouns. Help me achieve the goal so Rack Room Shoes can be more inclusive!

Having your pronouns included on your name badge cuts out the sometimes awkward introduction and questions that one might ask a genderqueer individual. It also creates a sense of inclusivity by leveling the playing field and presenting everybody's pronouns regardless of gender conformity.
