Brigitte BONELLO fonctionnaire handicapée d’arthrose cervicale, lutte depuis le 05/05/2008 pour ses droits au travail d’adjoint administratif de la Police Nationale.

 Mise sur le banc de touche par des biais pour le moins hétérodoxes, suite à un endormissement par prise d’antalgiques prescrits par son médecin traitant transformé en tentative de suicide, elle n’a cessé de se battre pour être réhabilitée et ses droits au travail afin de subvenir à ses besoins sans passer par les services sociaux.

 2 promesses de réintégration lui ont été faites et à ce jour aucun Ministre aucun Préfet digne de ses fonctions n’a respecté la parole donnée ni mis un terme à cette errance professionnelle et judiciaire. 10 années de lutte assorties de maltraitances institutionnelles barbares (menaces sur les ressources énergétiques EAU GAZ EDF, menaces sur les ressources du Pôle Emploi, menaces sur le logement HLM qu’elle occupe depuis 20 ans, menaces  sur les ressources Caisse Allocations Familiales etc.).

 En lieu et place de son salaire de 1500€, elle survit de moins de 500€/mois, ce qui est un véritable scandale et surtout un non-sens au regard de compétences qu’elle n’a cessé d’enrichir se tenant au fait de l’évolution numérique et des compétences juridiques acquises lors de sa lutte.

 10 longues années

Il est enfin temps qu’une personne Responsable, Humaniste  et Digne de ses hautes fonctions mette un terme à cette situation de non-droit.

 10 années de misère

Il est plus que temps avant une nouvelle grève de la faim de Brigitte BONELLO de siffler la fin d’une partie qui n’aurait jamais dû voir le jour.

 Nous vous demandons donc de prendre avec diligence, les simples mesures qui soient adéquates au regard de ses 36 certificats d’aptitude constante et continue de 2008 à 2018 : sa Réhabilitation et sa Réintégration et cessant toute psychiatrisation du dossier pour vous soustraire à vos obligations d’employer un agent handicapé.

 Su excelencia, Ministro del Interior, coloque BEAUVAU 75008 Paris

 Brigitte BONELLO, levemente discapacitada por una espondilosis cervical, está luchando desde el 5 de mayo de 2008 por su derecho a trabajar como secretaria administrativa de la Policía Nacional.

La apartaron de una manera muy particular. Se quedó dormida en su lugar de trabajo, porque su médico le había recetado un producto farmacéutico analgésico. Esto fue mal utilizado para insinuar un intento de suicidio. Desde entonces, ella nunca ha dejado de reclamar ser rehabilitada y recuperar el derecho a trabajar para ganarse la vida, para ser independiente de los servicios sociales.

Se le hicieron 2 promesas de reintegración. Pero hasta el momento, ningún ministro ni un prefecto, digno de su cargo, cumplió este compromiso para detener el desorden profesional y judicial. 10 años de lucha, combinados con un bárbaro maltrato institucional (amenazas de cortar los recursos energéticos: agua, gas, electricidad; amenazas para reducir la contribución del Desempleo, amenazas de rescindir el contrato de alquiler del departamento donde vive desde hace años; amenazas respecto a los recursos de las asignaciones familiares, etc.).
En lugar de su antiguo salario de 1.500 euros, hoy sobrevive con menos de 500 euros / mes. Este es un verdadero escándalo y, además, una completa estupidez, considerando sus habilidades profesionales, que ha ampliado permanentemente, siguiendo la evolución de la tecnología informática. Mientras tanto, ha adquirido un considerable conocimiento del poder judicial durante su lucha.

10 largos años.

Ha llegado el momento de que una autoridad pública responsable, humanista y digno termine con esta ilegalidad.

10 años de miseria.

Es necesario actuar antes de que Brigitte BONELLO emprenda otra huelga de hambre. Debe llegar el final de este mal juego, que nunca debería haber ocurrido.

Le pedimos amablemente que actúe con diligencia: implemente medidas simples, correspondientes a los 36 certificados médicos para poder trabajar, recolectados entre 2008 y 2018: su rehabilitación y reintegración, dejando de psiquiatrizar el archivo para evitar cualquier obligación de contratar a un agente que no está discapacitado.

 Brigitte BONELLO, slightly disabled du to a cervical spondylosis, is struggeling since May 5, 2008 for her right to work as an administrative clerk of the Police Nationale.

She got on the hit list in a very particular manner. Since her physician had prescribed a pain-killing pharmaceutical product, she fell asleep at her working place. This was misused to insinuate an attempt of suicide. Since than, she never has ceased to claim to get rehabilitated and to get back the right to work for earning herself her living – to be independant of social services.

2 promesses of reintegration were given to her. But up todate, no Minister nor a prefet, worthy of their positions, did honor this engagement for stopping the aimless professional and judiciary muddle. 10 years of struggle, combined with barbarian institutional mistreatment (threats to cut the energy resources – water, gas, electricity. Threats to reduce the contribution of the Pôle Emploi, threats to terminate the HLM rental contract of the flat where she is living since 20 years. Threats with regard to the ressources of the family allocations etc.

Instead of her former salary of EUR 1'500, she is today surviving with less than EUR 500/month. This is a real scandal, and on top a complete nonsense, considering her professional skills, which she has permanently enlarged, following the evolution of Computer Technology. She has acquired in the meantime as well a considerable knowledge of the Judiciary during her struggle.

10 long years.

Time has come that a responsible, humanistic and worthy Governmental Leader is terminating this illegality.

10 years of misery.

It is overdue to act, before Brigitte BONELLO will engage in another hunger strike. Wistle the end of this bad game, which should have never occured.

We ask you kindly to act diligently – to implement simple measures, corresponding with the 36 medical certificates to be able to work collected between 2008 and 2018: her rehabilitation and reintegration, ceasing any psychiatrization of the file for avoiding any obligation to employ a slightly disabled agent.

 Die Beamtin Brigitte BONELLO, welche an zervikaler Spondylose leidet, kämpft seit dem  05.05.2008 für ihr Recht auf Arbeit als administrative Sachbearbeiterin der Police Nationale.

 Sie ist mit fragwürdigen Tricks auf die Abschussliste gelangt, nachdem sie nach einer Einnahme von ärztlich verordneten Schmerzmitteln am Arbeitsplatz eingeschlafen war.  Dies wurde missbräuchlich als Selbstmordversuch ausgelegt. Sie hat nie aufgehört, ihre Rehabilitierung und ihr Recht auf Arbeit einzufordern, um so selbst ihren Lebensunterhalt, ohne Sozialleistungen bestreiten zu können.

 Sie erhielt 2 Wiedereinstellungs-Versprechen. Bis heute hat jedoch kein seines Amtes würdiger Minister und kein Präfekt dieses Versprechen eingelöst, noch die beruflichen und gerichtlichen Irrläufe abgestellt. 10 Jahre Existenzkampf, verbunden mit institutioneller und barbarischer Misshandlung (Drohungen, die Energie-, Wasser- Gas- und EDF-Versorgung abzustellen - Drohungen,  betreffend die Ressourcen des Arbeitsamtes – Drohungen betreffend ihre subventionierte HLM-Wohnung, wo sie seit 20 Jahren lebt – Drohungen in Bezug auf die Familienzulagen etc.).

 An Stelle ihres Lohnes von 1500 € muss sie mit weniger als 500 €/Monat überleben. Dies ist ein haarsträubender Skandal und vor allem ein Nonsens in Anbetracht ihrer ungenutzten Kompetenzen, welche sie ohne Unterbruch vergrössert hat, indem sie sich fortlaufend dem neuesten Stand der Informatik angepasst hat. Sie hat sich im Laufe ihrer Gerichtsverfahren auch juristisch weitergebildet.

 10 lange Jahre

Es ist an der Zeit, dass hochgestellte Verantwortliche des Staates, welche ihres Amtes würdig und menschlich sind, dieser Gesetzlosigkeit ein Ende setzen.

 10 Jahre Armut

Ein Abpfeifen der Zitterpartie ist überfällig, bevor Brigitte BONELLO in einen weiteren Hungerstreik tritt.

 Wir bitten Sie hiermit, möglichst rasch die einfachen und angemessenen Massnahmen zu treffen, unter Berücksichtigung ihrer zwischen 2008 und 2018 erworbenen 36 konstanten Arbeitsfähigkeitszertifikate: Ihre Rehabilitierung und Wiedereingliederung. Unterlassen Sie es künftig, ständig missbräuchlich die Psychiatrie in diesem Dossier zu bemühen, um sich aus der Verantwortung für eine behinderte Agentin zu stehlen.

Brigitte BONELLO ha disabilitato il funzionario civile della spondilosi cervicale, combattendo dal 05/05/2008 per i suoi diritti a lavorare come assistente amministrativo della Polizia Nazionale.

Messo in disparte attraverso pregiudizi almeno eterodossi, in seguito ad un addormentarsi assumendo analgesici prescritti dal suo medico trasformato in un tentativo di suicidio, ha continuato a combattere per la riabilitazione e i suoi diritti sul lavoro per supportarsi senza passare attraverso i servizi sociali.

Gli furono affidati due impegni di reintegrazione e per nessun ministro nessun Prefetto degno delle sue funzioni non rispettò la parola data o mise fine a questo vagabondaggio professionale e giudiziario. 10 anni di lotta contro i maltrattamenti istituzionali barbarici (minacce alle risorse energetiche UAE GAZ EDF, minacce alle risorse del Centro per l'impiego, minacce alle abitazioni HLM che ha occupato per 20 anni, minacce alle risorse Caisse Family Allowances ecc.) .

Invece del suo stipendio di 1500 €, sopravvive meno di 500 € / mese, che è un vero scandalo e soprattutto un'assurdità in termini di capacità che ha continuato ad arricchire fatto l'evoluzione digitale e le abilità legali acquisite durante la sua lotta.

10 lunghi anni

Infine, è tempo che una persona responsabile, umanista e dignitosa ponga fine a questa situazione di illegalità.

10 anni di sofferenza

È più che tempo prima che una nuova sciopero della fame Brigitte BONELLO faccia la fine di una festa che non avrebbe mai dovuto nascere.

Vi chiediamo pertanto di prendere diligentemente, le semplici misure che sono adeguate rispetto ai suoi 36 certificati di attitudine costante e continua dal 2008 al 2018: la sua Riabilitazione e Reintegrazione e la cessazione di qualsiasi psichiatrizzazione del file per allontanarvi dai vostri obblighi di assumere un agente disabile
