FOLKS, the upcoming story I linked into my update yesterday turned out to be nothing more than hype!

It was about a senior cop who was accused of exposing himself by two 'Officers' under his command, and the appeal that cop went through to clear his name. It turns out the two police who accused him had dodgy disciplinary histories themselves, including one who was found to have lied in a Court!

The BIG issue here is, what is a police officer who had been found to have LIED IN COURT doing still employed by QPS in the first place! THIS is exactly the type of behaviour that requires firm and decisive responses from QPS - NO police officer found to have lied in a COURT should still be a police officer. Just HOW is that protecting the public?

Of course it doesn't protect the public in any way shape nor form folks, and even more reason to get this petition signed off and submitted. With just 4,526 left to get, we are getting close now.

In terms of other States, I have had a lot of inquiries regarding why this petition does not apply to other States in Australia. The answer to this is that EACH STATE has to have it's own petition. It is the rules set by each State Government folks. I am aware that there is one running for Victoria or NSW, so if any of you wish to start a petition for your own State, please get in contact and we will support you as much as we can from this end.
