FOLKS - The attached article speaks volumes about the culture of racism in the Queensland Police 'Service'.

The 'outcome' of the investigation this article says was implemented by the Commissioner was that 11 officers were 'counselled'. No one was stood down, no one was sacked, and ALL the police commissioner was concerned about in her public statements was about officers in this now closed group 'defaming' senior officers in QPS!

I know I have posted about this particular incident in the past, however - and this is a HUGE HOWEVER - it is the attitude of the Commissioner and Senior Police as well as the Minister for Police that perpetuate the CULTURE OF RACISM AND VIOLENCE BY QUEENSLAND POLICE OFFICERS!

Unless the investigations are open and accountable, unless there is CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT INTO THE COMPLAINTS PROCESS - there will never be any accountability for the Queensland Police Service.
