BUSINESS AS USUAL IN THE QUEENSLAND POLICE 'SERVICE'

Hi everyone. Tonight we are approaching 30,000 signatures really fast.

I bring you an interesting story though as the media article attached shows. It has long been a practice of Queensland Police to let their colleagues off - it's part of the THIN BLUE LINE OF SILENCE ISSUE that has been there for many many years.

Body cams are supposed to be there for accountability. So, you have to ask the question - how are police officers allowed to just turn then off?

CORRUPTION - that's the bottom line. Corruption has always been an issue for this police 'service' and it will always be unless we demand some real accountability. Body cams should always be on while on duty. No excuses, no exceptions.
