REPEATED DATA BREACHES = YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE WITH QPS!

FOLKS - today we are greeted with the news that QPS has again stuffed up and 'accidentally' released private information of around 400 people!

INCREDIBLE - I would suggest that the Queensland Police 'Service' has a problem keeping Citizens information safe. It has an ongoing issue with police who snoop on private citizens information, and has done NOTHING to fix the problem - in fact 90% of cops who do this get away with it scot free.

A few months ago, someone stuffed up and released the private information of gun owners.

AND ALL THEY CAN DO IS 'APOLOGISE' - not even a promise to pick their game up - no compensation - no consequences.

A right to privacy is one of the few things that are supposed to be guaranteed as a HUMAN RIGHT. 

This situation clearly spells out the fact that Qld Police, and this Government cares not about your HUMAN RIGHTS.

Please help us to get the numbers up for this petition. We need a strong show of support to send a very clear message to the Police and Government that this will NO LONGER BE TOLERATED and that we desperately require civilian oversight into policing in Queensland.
