Folks, we've been sort of following this case, and the most recent development is really the icing on the cake for a CORRUPT Queensland Police Service.
This piece of work should have been sacked the moment the court decision to uphold his conviction was made. No questions, no waiting, no fuss, just SACK HIM.
Instead, QPS have 'ALLOWED HIM TO RESIGN' paving the way for him to apply to other 'police services' or for work in related areas. WHAT A TOTAL FARCE.
This piece of work should have been charged with "AID AND ABET A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BREACH" - but as usual, when it involves a police officer, QPS only charge an officer with the least offence it can....
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU AND I?
It means that QPS DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRIVACY SERIOUSLY. The right to privacy is a FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT! So in effect, both QPS and this Government do not give a toss about your HUMAN RIGHTS.
FOLKS we are very close to 27,000 signatures. Lets send a very clear message to this Government and to QPS that we will no longer stand for this type of behaviour.
