THE POLICE - YOUR PRIVACY - YOUR RIGHTS!!!!

FOLKS, This is an issue that absolutely STINKS in Queensland.

For years, the Crime and Corruption Commission has identified this as an issue. The Police themselves have known about this. The Government has known about this, yet the Commissioner is yet to do something about it!

The majority of Officers who access a citizen's information for their own gain get away Scott free. Yes that's right, Police in Queensland can violate YOUR RIGHTS without any consequences what so ever. 

We believe this particular offence should carry automatic consequences of being sacked. No questions, no hesitation, just SACK THEM. We also believe that victims of this outrageous behaviour should be entitled to compensation at a fair rate, that should come out of the pockets of the perpetrators of this CRIME! AND the process should be oversighted by a Civilian Committee to ensure the process is transparent and fair - to the victims, not the perpatrators.
