CALLS TO SACK POLICE INVOLVED IN RACIST FACEBOOK GROUP!

FOLKS  I am going to make another prediction. The police officers who were involved in the racist Facebook Group called out by the Commissioner AFTER negative media attention, will have NOTHING happen to them - at all.

It has upset members of the community - AS IT SHOULD, but the usual MODUS OPERANDI of police management is to 'RIDE OUT THE MEDIA ATTENTION" until it fades from the memory of the public.

1,700 POLICE OFFICERS are implicated in this group. I find it difficult to believe that the Queensland Police Service have NO POLICY ABOUT FACEBOOK POSTS.

I work in an industry that has very clear policy. It has had this policy for at least the 5 years I have worked in this industry. SO WHY IS QUEENSLAND POLICE LAGGING BEHIND ON THIS ISSUE?

Time will tell and I will be following this particular issue very closely folks.
