POLICE DOCTORING STATISTICS IS NOT NEW!

FOLKS - this issue emerged a couple of years ago, and it is nothing new at all.

Police manipulating statistics using a variety of methods, and after being called out on it publicly, the story - YES YOU GUESSED IT - goes no where. There is simply NO indication that any improvement happened at all!

One method outlined in the attached story, is to get police officers to pressure complainants to 'withdraw their complaint'. How do they do this - this has NEVER BEEN LOOKED INTO and is a FORM OF CORRUPTION. 

Absolutely no public scrutiny what so ever.
