In late 2023, Andres Jimenez / Inkarayku Music LLC became the fiscal sponsor of Quechua Collective. Since then, we very strongly feel like Andres Jimenez / Inkarayku have tried to impose an aggressive and unethical for-profit approach to teaching Quechua including

• forcing people to turn the Quechua Collective into a toxic business
• manipulating members into reducing professors' salary to benefit what they thought was a "collective"
• manipulating students into giving up on refunds and undermining the Collective's mission

We very strongly feel like on top of behaving ruthlessly, treating volunteers as worthless employees and turning the nonprofit into an organisation obsessed with revenue, Andres Jimenez / Inkarayku have also

• exploited professors by withholding their wages and making their cover for teaching expenses themselves,
• behaved extremely, extremely inappropriately,
• harassed the Director of Education and discredited the Vice President,
• failed to perform their work as both fiscal sponsor and treasurer, and blamed the Director of Education for it,
• sabotaged the Quechua Collective to benefit Inkarayku Music LLC by deleting the Collective' instagram and then stealing the Collective’s mailing list to sell Quechua classes
