La SALA SUPREMA-LIMA (PERÚ) CONDENÓ al hermano de Olga, Edwin Sanabria De La Torre como autor intelectual del asesinato de su PROPIA HERMANA, y le impuso 20 años de pena privativa de libertad. A la fecha de hoy, sigue PRÓFUGO de la justicia y NO HA SIDO AÚN CAPTURADO por las autoridades competentes.
A pedido de la misma SALA SUPREMA, SE INICIÓ UN NUEVO JUICIO ORAL EN LA SEGUNDA SALA PENAL REUS - LIMA NORTE (PERÚ) a principio de julio del 2019 a 2 procesadas (presuntos cómplices del hermano de Olga) quienes habían sido absueltas en primera instancia. Una de ellas, Nany Reaño Vasquez es la esposa del hermano de Olga Sanabria De La Torre.
Cambio interno del fiscal encargado del juicio, representado al Ministro Público, no estuvo facilitando el inicio del desarrollo de este nuevo Juicio Oral.
EL MINEDU (Ministerio de Educación Peruano) SIGUE PERMITIENDO al hermano de Olga (a distancia) y PERMITIENDO a su esposa que sigan administrando los dos colegios privados SAN MARCELO sin la autorización de los herederos de Olga Sanabria De La Torre y sin rendir cuentas a los herederos de Olga Sanabria De La Torre, tomando como pretexto velar por la educación de los niños de los barrios de Callao y de San Martin de Porres en Lima, Perú
El autor material no está en la cárcel
Los autores intelectuales no están en la cárcel
El acto de matar a un ser humano vulnerable es en sí lamentable ya que una vida es insustituible.
Pero la impunidad de los autores lo hace aún más cruel y doloroso para los que creen y defienden la justicia.

La COUR SUPRÊME-LIMA (PÉROU) a condamné le frère d'Olga, Edwin Sanabria De La Torre, comme auteur intellectuel du meurtre de sa PROPRE SOEUR, et lui a imposé 20 ans de privation de liberté. À ce jour, il est toujours FUGITIF de la justice et N’A PAS ENCORE ÉTÉ CAPTURÉ par les autorités compétentes.
À la demande de la même COUR SUPRÊME, un nouveau jugement s’est initié au début du mois de juillet 2019 contre les deux présumées complices du frère d'Olga qui avaient été acquittés (jugement de première instance). L'une d'elles, Nany Reaño Vasquez est l'épouse du frère d'Olga Sanabria De La Torre.
Le changement interne du procureur chargé de l’affaire, représentant du ministre Public, n’a pas facilité le début du développement de ce nouveau procès oral.
LE MINEDU (Ministère de l'Éducation péruvien) CONTINUE DE PERMETTRE au frère d'Olga (à distance) et PERMETTRE à son épouse de continuer à administrer les deux écoles privées SAN MARCELO sans l'autorisation des héritiers d'Olga Sanabria De La Torre et sans rendre compte aux héritiers d'Olga Sanabria De La Torre, en prenant comme prétexte d’assurer l'éducation des enfants dans les quartiers de Callao et de San Martin de Porres à Lima, au Pérou
L'auteur matériel du crime n'est pas en prison
Les auteurs intellectuels ne sont pas en prison
L'acte de tuer un être humain vulnérable est en soit lamentable car une vie est irremplaçable.
Mais l'impunité des auteurs le rend plus cruel et douloureux pour ceux qui croient et défendent la justice.

THE CRIMINAL HIGH COURT of the Republic of Peru HAS BEEN GIVEN AND A FIRM SENTENCE HAS BEEN PASSED on the two fugitives convicts, previously found guilty by the court of this atrocious crime. One of the perpetrators is Edwin Sanabria De La Torre, the brother of Olga. As of this date, he is still a FUGITIVE CONVICT and NOT YET CAPTURED by the competent authorities.
Furthermore the same CRIMINAL HIGH COURT ORDERED a retrail to be held at another criminal court for 2 defendants who were aquital.
At the begining of July 2019, THE TRIAL STARTED IN THE SECOND CRIMINAL DIVISION OF REUS - NORTH LIMA (PERU) AGAINST these 2 defendants (one of them Olga Sanabria De La Torres’ brother’s wife : Nany Reaño Vasquez).
However, change in attorney of the Public Ministry, in charge of proceeding did not help the trial to run smoothly.
THE MINEDU (Peruvian Ministry of Education) HAVE ALLOWED Olga's brother and his wife to CONTINUE administering the two private schools SAN MARCELO without authorization of the the heirs of Olga Sanabria De La Torre and without rendering accounts to the heirs of Olga Sanabria De La Torre, taking pretext to ensure the education of children in the neighborhoods of Callao and San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru
The killer is not in jail
The conspirators are not in jail
The act of killing a human being in itself deplorable because a life is irreplaceable.
But impunity for those involved makes it even more cruel and painful for those who believe in and uphold justice.
