At the beginning, my mother asked my therapist whether this was bullying. She said it was bullying and that we are able to ask the principal to suspend or expel the bully. When my mother asked Mr Kelly, he didn’t agree. Then my mother asked what Mr Kelly would do if the bullying continued. He said that he would have to suspend the bully. If it didn’t work, he said he would have no choice but to expel the bully. My mother asked him to write that down because he keeps switching ideas. On one hand he says it was bullying; on the other, he says it was not. Mr Kelly’s behavior is completely different than his words. My parents have not been targeting the bully’s. We on want him to stop. She is now crushed. She thinks that she caused all this even though she didn’t. She thought that she was to blame by me because she thought she’s the reason I couldn’t study at QCA anymore. Mr Kelly didn’t want anyone knowing the truth. Everyone could look at the camera footage to know that we are not lying (except that Mr Kelly would not share the footage- for he does not want to admit helping a bully). He is constantly telling us to collect evidence knowing that we are not allowed to film the truth. I loved this school. I have loved the principal. I have gotten different ideas now after my unfair expelling. The bully has not stopped seeking opportunities to hurt me. To anyone who doesn’t believe me, you can simply ask my therapist. The principal has constantly asked if we want this to end or continue up to eighth grade, as if I was the bad guy here. He asked if we wanted the bully to get expelled. I just want him to stop so I can continue with my studies. Why was I expelled? What did I do wrong? My mother regretted not taking me to the hospital when the bully kicked me or when he pushed me. Mr Kelly keeps saying that he will not expel the bully because he is a minor. Turns out, he expelled me when I am also a minor. We are not targeting the bully; they have never stopped harassing me.

Mr Kelly, you have expelled me. Yet you said you won’t expel the bully because he’s a minor. Am I not a minor? That goes against what you said. The teachers have all taught us to respect everyone and to be kind to everyone. What about you? You are doing this just because my parents don’t speak a lot of English and don’t have a lot of knowledge or money. You, on the other hand, speak English fluently. You’re also smart and successful. My parents are Asians. You are looking down on them, as if you have more power than them. You also say that QCA is a great school that treats everyone with kindness. That was all a lie. I could bear those hypocritical statements about your school no longer.
