Hello I am Aiden. Today I told the literature teacher at recess. I said, “This is unfair. I got kicked and bullied by Ian, yet I have to sit out while he still gets to play happily. It’s as if I have to get punished even though I am the victim. Does that mean that I could just kick anyone I want and get to play while they get punished for fear that they will get hurt again? This is unfair. You have basically violated my citizens rights.” Then Mrs Brown said, “No. What if the ball comes at you again. You’re going to get hurt again.” Then recess was over. First of all, I wasn’t hurt by a ball; I got kicked by Ian. Also, there’s no way it’s always an accident. Also, this sounds like I am causing trouble for everyone else. There’s no way it’s always an accident. The school is purposely putting under pressure so that I would want to change schools. Mr Kelly is purposely making me want to change schools. He has never helped us fix any of these issues. What should we do? He is most likely telling every teacher to have me sit out. Gym might also have me sit out.Because it was a private school, we approached a lot of government agencies who told us there was nothing they could do to help, and we kept calling and emailing the Archdiocese. But they're answering their phones and they're not answering any emails to us. I'm 11 years old. I can judge. Even though the principal lied to us that the camera was broken, I told him that many times my classmates saw what happened. But the principal always said I thought too much, there was no proof, and the principal asked me if I wanted to end it all, as if I had caused it all. It's not fair to me. I now need to see a therapist every week. The principal has been avoiding the truth and allowing the bully to hurt me again and again. This will only make things worse.
